Welcome to Bumble & Broke (operated under your Washington LLC). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and the purchase of any products (such as apparel and merchandise) from our online store.
By accessing our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
 
1. General Conditions & Eligibility

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site, create an account, or purchase our products. By using this site and purchasing our products, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from accessing this website or purchasing our merchandise.

• Jurisdiction: This website is operated from the State of Washington, USA. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• Modifications: We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
   

2. Products, Pricing, and Descriptions

• Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer and to discontinue any product at any time.

• Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products, but we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

• Errors & Omissions: Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
   

3. Purchases, Payments, and Taxes

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

• Sales Tax: As an LLC operating in Washington State, we are required to collect applicable state and local sales taxes on orders shipped to Washington destinations, based on the shipping address provided at checkout.

• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
   

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Fulfillment & Addresses: We ship products to the addresses provided by customers during checkout. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and up to date prior to fulfillment. Failure to update your address prior to shipment is not the responsibility of Bumble & Broke once the package has been handed off to the carrier.

• Address Changes & Intercepts: It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate prior to fulfillment. If you request a package intercept or address change after fulfillment, all associated carrier fees must be paid by you prior to the attempt. We are not liable for refunds if an intercept attempt is unsuccessful. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, the purchaser explicitly consents to these conditions.

• Signature Requirements: We reserve the right to require a signature at the time of delivery at any time, at our discretion.

• Risk of Loss & Insurance: Title and risk of loss for all products purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Bumble & Broke will not provide a refund or replacement for any products damaged due to the mishandling of the package by the carrier. Customers are responsible for purchasing any extra shipping insurance at their own expense. All insurance claims, communications, and disputes with the carrier must be handled entirely by the purchaser; completing, contacting, or filing claims with the carrier is strictly not the responsibility of Bumble & Broke.

5. Return Policy: All Sales Final / No Returns / No Exchanges / No Refunds

• No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds: Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse.

• Defective or Incorrect Items: Replacements will be issued on case by case basis only if an item arrives defective (this does not include carrier damage) or if an incorrect item was shipped due to our error.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership: All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations—is the property of Bumble & Broke or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• Restrictions: You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service without express written permission from us.
   

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Washington law, Bumble & Broke (and its members, officers, employees, or agents) shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products or services delivered to you, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any product posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service.
 
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bumble & Broke and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
 
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or our website shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Washington, in each case located in the county where our LLC is registered. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
